I. General provisions

  • The privacy policy defines how Users’ personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services through the website www.spl-translations.com are collected, processed and stored.
  • The website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered on it.

V. Period for processing personal data
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following period:

  • where the basis of data processing is the performance of a contract – until the statute of limitations for claims after performance,
  • where data processing is based on consent – until revocation of consent, and after revocation of consent until the statute of limitations for claims.

In both cases, the limitation period is six years, and for periodic service claims and business claims it is three years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).


VI. Sharing of personal data

  • Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator e.g. e-payment companies, courier/postal services companies, law firms.
  • Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User’s rights

  • The Service User has the right to: access the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
